Q: How much lead time does GMC EaaS need to produce an event?
A: Every event is different, so it really depends on the size of the event you want us to produce and how much of the production process you’d like to hire us to complete. For instance, a small cocktail mixer might just take 4 weeks to prepare, whereas a global, multi-city tour would require at least 4 months to deliver.
Q: How much do you charge for your services?
A: Unlike most event agencies, which often have 40%+ upcharges for their services, GMC EaaS has much less overhead, a small, efficient team, and great relationships with creatives, venues, staffing firms, marketing technologies, and so on that give us competitive pricing, so we can pass the savings along to you. After our initial discovery call, we will put together a proposal that meets your budget and needs.
Q: What kind of team will I work with?
A: Depending on your needs, you may be assigned:
Customer Success Manager, who will be your main point of contact from strategy to execution.
Marketing Manager, who will manage event promotion and registration.
Event Manager, who will handle all of your event pricing and negotiation needs, on-site staffing, and so on.
